Bloc Port Logistics Center

Bloc Port Logistic Center a state-of-the-art infrastructure facility with modern physical facilities, advance technological and trained personnel. The facilities provide a safe and trouble-free environment for the development of economic activity and is located in the strategic port of Mamonal Cartagena, one of the most important ports in Colombia.

The first phase of the Bloc Port Logistics Center began in the second half of 2009, operations of the business park began in 2011. The total lot area of the first phase was 32,219 M² with the built area occupying 25,617.15 M².

The second phase of the project began in 2012, with operations starting in January 2013. The total lot area of the second phase was 34,003 M² with a new built area occupying 52,4443.15M².The total lot area for the first and second phase is 66.222 M² and the total built area is 52,443.15 M².

Phase three and four development will be on a lot area of 53,555 M², with built areas of 8,629 M² and 11,830 M² respectively. The projected M² built between the 4 stages are estimated at 72.902,15 M² in total.

The facilities include: 3 main warehouse sizes, ATM slots and properties which include dwellings of different types, offices and retail outlets.
